APEX STRENGTH

Some people just love to train. Training hard is important, but doing it without burning out is the hardest part. 

This 5 day a week training cycle will help you see progression in your training without burning yourself out too early. 

You will need a general understanding of RPE. This is not for beginners new to training.

Block 4 of 4- PB time. Week 3 day 1/2 is monday/wednesday. New 1RM testing saturday or sunday.

People think you need to go all in on training to get results. This two day a week training cycle will help you progress and fit training around your busy life.

This is a beginner program designed to help you learn how to move, follow a program and get a feel for trainiong. 

You don't need to train every day, you just need to be consistent.

Two Days A Week- Learning To Train

This 13 week powerlifting program is designed to help you hit new 1 rep maxes. It includes one deload week and a taper at the end.

This two day per week training cycle is here to help you progress your squat, bench press and deadlift. It's best utilised by people just venturing in to strength training/powerlifting. There's a big emphasis on skill development.

Two Day Per Week Strength Program

The goal of this block is to get used to the main lifts and introduce you to the programs structure.

The goal of this block is to start pushing the main lifts more.

Lets bring it all together and hit some volume PBs.

3 day per week training cycle focused on hypertrophy. There is minimal squat bench and deadlift to keep the skill aspect there, but the focus is on pushing accessories hard and training close to failure.

Two Day Per Week Strength Program (Percentages For Main Lifts)

Get stronger on this 4 day a week powerlifting cycle.
Over the course of 12 weeks we plan to give you plenty of exposure to the big 3. One rep maxes are the name of the game, and this training cycle sets you up perfectly.
You'll have a mix of RPE and percentages, so make sure you read up on RPE before starting this training cycle.
